Cars As Art 

Car show lining up at the OSS great lawn at 4pm then parading down Atlantic Avenue to the Seagate Hotel for a car show and evening fireworks.

Cars as Art is a run by the Veterans Support Organization whose mission is to give the public a chance to meet and embrace our wounded heroes through the medium of Cars as Art.

  ^{8:00 am-12:00 noon  Sand Sculpting Exhibition presented by the Delray Beach Rotary Sunrise. Vote for your favorite! 1 pm winners will be announced.  Ocean Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue on the Beach.} 

 ^{2:00 pm  Mary Gaines Bernard, Donna Summer's Siter will be singing the National Anthem with Mayor Woodie McDuffie hsoting the flag-raising ceremony.  The 30 x 60 ft. American Flag will be flown near the beach, weather permitting, flying high near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue.  The flag will remain flying until approximately 10 pm}

^{5:00 pm   Registration for Patriotic Bicycle and Scooter Parade, presented by City of Delray Beach to benefit Delray Beach Rotary Noontime.  Atlantic Avenue at Veterans Park.   Decorate your bikes and scooters and register for the Big Prizes—new bicycles.} 

^{5:00-5:45 pm  Old Fashioned Family Games at Veterans Park}

^{4:00-9:00 pm  Delicious Food and Beverages, prepared by local restaurants at Atlantic Avenue and A1A.}

^{5:00 pm-10 pm  Cars as Art parade of cars into the event footprint parking in the Seagate Hotel Block area}

^{5:00 pm  Register for the Beautiful Baby Bathing Suit Contest at the Rotary tent located near A1A and East Atlantic Avenue}

^{5:45 pm  Patriotic Bike & Scooter Parade.  This year’s parade will include a historical centennial celebration with “first families” of Delray Beach.   Route will be Veterans Park to A1A at the Marriott.  Open to all ages.}
