In 1970 when @misterschott ‘s F100 was built a gallon of gas averaged 36 cents and rent averaged $140 / month. Paul McCartney announced the Beatles were breaking up and The Concord made its first supersonic flight. And from those days to this day the style and craftsmanship of this truck are just as attractive and well appointed as the babe pictured above ready to drive it.
We know firsthand families come in all shapes and sizes. I wasn’t adopted until I was 4 years old - after years of abuse and neglect and surely a lifetime of hardships and pain could have easily followed if I hadn’t been resurrected by a choice made of both compassion & love. Even so those two emotions are sometimes quite a struggle for me personally - I’ve often become selfish and self obsessed in the pursuit of survival for both myself and my daughter. However today, looking back at what we have all accomplished in a little over a year it’s quite telling that I’ve once again been saved by a family of strangers. Thank you all for being apart of this business, a bar attempting to create and foster culture and offer a home away from home for all those that enter. As we move forward in business and in our own lives I hope to see you blessed with both friendship and family as we all have been. With sincere gratitude I again say thank you, @misterschott
