Located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, in the Pineapple Grove neighborhood, Brulé is a chic yet casual bistro serving modern, American cuisine. Led by second-generation chef/owner, Suzanne Perrotto, Brulé was established in 2008 and is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. The vibe is familial and friendly. An open kitchen produces vibrant, seasonal and sustainable dishes that are drenched in tradition, yet imaginatively inspired; all pastas, breads--including ice cream--are handmade. Specialties include: grilled avocado, smoked sea salt and roasted tomato salsa; crab tortellini, black truffles, basil oil; and signature dessert, pistachio crème brulée.
Artisan wines, handpicked spirits and house cocktails steeped in speakeasy style and trending seasonality are paired with sharing plates and an ever-changing menu.
Brulé serves nightly dinner; happy hour 4 - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday; lunch Tuesday – Sunday; weekend brunch and late-night specials. Reservations are not accepted, except for special holidays and private parties.

Thank you, Sheldon H. for the terrific TripAdvisor review! We are grateful... Great Food, Terrific Vibe! "Brule Bistro attracts a very young crowd. To quote Fat Waller, "This Joint is jumpin" and the food was terrific. The service was excellent. I had a delicious poke bowl and one of the best hamburgers I've had in South Florida. My wife and one of our friends had the shrimp tacos and both thought they were fabulous. The last member of our party had the pork chop and really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back."
