One of the wonderful things about our “Village by the Sea” is that you can actually walk around the downtown easily after parking your car or bicycle or avail yourself of our Free Downtown Roundabout shuttle service.

West Atlantic Avenue:
- North side of the road between NW 4th and 5th Avenues
East Atlantic Avenue:
- South side of road between Swinton and SE 1st Avenues
- South side of road between SE 2nd Avenue and the FEC Railway track
- North side of road between NE 4th and 5th Avenues
Other Downtown Core Valet Stands:
- West side of SE 2nd Avenue, south of Atlantic Avenue
- East side of NE 2nd Avenue, Pineapple Grove Way, north of Atlantic Avenue

- A: Downtown offers ample parking in more than 2,000 spaces in garages, surface lots and on-street parking.
- Q: Which areas of downtown have metered parking?
- A: Parking east of the Intracoastal Waterway is metered for on-street spaces as well as surface lots.
- Q: Do the metered spaces accept credit cards?
- A: Multispace meters accept all U.S. coins as well as American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
- Q: What is the Smart Card and where can I buy one?
- A: The Delray Beach Smart Card is a rechargeable “parking debit card” available at City Hall and is accepted at all meters.
- Q: What about Valet parking?
- A: There are 10 Valet Parking locations throughout downtown. (See map)
- Q: Where are the parking garages located?
- A: The Old School Square Parking Garage (525 spaces) is located on NE 1st Street & NE 1st Avenue; the Robert Federspiel Parking Garage (202 spaces) is located just south of Atlantic Avenue on SE 1st Avenue. Garages are open from 6 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily.

- P-1 — Ingraham Lot: Located at Ingraham Ave. and S Ocean Blvd.; 38 spaces with parking meters, open sunrise to sundown.
- P-2 — Sandoway Lot: Located at the Sandoway House Nature Center, 142 S Ocean Blvd.; 136 spaces with parking meters, open sunrise to sundown.
- P-3 — Orange Grove Lot: Located just north of the Marriott Hotel at E Atlantic Ave. and N Ocean Blvd., 29 spaces with metered parking, open sunrise to sunset.
- P-14 — Atlantic Dunes Lot: Located on S Ocean Blvd. just north of Linton Blvd.; 121 spaces with parking meters, open sunrise to sundown.
- P-15 — Anchor Park Lot: Located on S Ocean Blvd., 82 spaces with parking meters, open sunrise to sundown.
- P-9 — Gleason Street Lot: Located on the west side of Gleason Street, south of Atlantic Ave. across from the Historic First Presbyterian Church with its 38 spaces open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, (unavailable during certain church functions).
- P-4 — Veterans Park Lot: Located at Veterans Park, E Atlantic Ave. at the Intracoastal Waterway; 102 spaces, 2-hour and 8-hour parking, no meters.
- P-5 — Gladiola Lot: Located just south of E Atlantic Ave. on northbound 6th Ave. (Federal Highway); 74 spaces, 2-hour and 8-hour parking, no meters.
- P-6 — Village Lot: Located between southbound and northbound Federal Hwy. (SE and NE 6th Avenues); 40 spaces, 4-hour and 8-hour parking, no meters.
- P-7 — Old City Lot: Located between SE 4th Ave. and SE 5th Ave. (Federal Highway); 55 spaces, no hourly parking restriction, no meters.

Parking Garages
Downtown Delray Beach provides parking at two public garages, promoting free parking at times. A $5.00 fee is charged on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, after 5:00 p.m. and during select special events. For those convenience seekers, look for our valet parking service to start at the Old School Square Garage later this year.
- P-19 — Old School Square Parking Garage: Located north of Old School Square Park on NE 1st Ave. at NE 1st St., 525 spaces.
- P-20 — Robert Federspiel Garage: Located south of E Atlantic Ave. on SE 1st Ave. with 202 spaces.
