We are working together, sharing ideas, and moving forward. Here are a few highlights:

• Cheers to the successful Delray Beach Fashion Week, Savor the Avenue and our annual
Mother’s Day Orchid Giveaway - thank you to the merchants – could not have done these
events without you!

• The West Atlantic Avenue neighborhood is now “The SET” – the DDA was proud to have been a
part of the process for this new branding initiative

• DDA 14/15 Annual Report – available now

• Redesigned Downtowndelraybeach.com – live in June

• Employee Parking Pilot Program – coming this summer

• Inside Downtown Delray Beach video series – Art & Culture in production

• 1st Annual Dine Out Downtown Delray Restaurant Week – coming in August

All of the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
neighborhoods from The Set (W. Atlantic Ave), Pineapple Grove, and the
Beachside, to the Arts & Entertainment District(Atlantic Avenue), SOFA
(south of Atlantic Avenue) and US 1, are experiencing exciting changes.

LEASING US1. With this focus in mind, the DDA has hired the

Brands. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Black Pearl Fine Art SALES Business Administration from State University of New
Gallery – Arts & Entertainment District 111 First Delray York at Geneseo and an MBA in Marketing and
International Business from Rochester Institute of
Gary Rack’s FARMHOUSE Kitchen Residential Condominiums – SOFA Technology. Alex resides in Deerfield Beach and
Restaurant – Arts & Entertainment her favorite pastimes include: boating, beach

Arts & Entertainment District Residential Apartments - SOFA Arts, Religion and English degree with a minor in
SOFA District Offices Creative Writing from Salem College in Winston-
CENA: Modern Italian Office/Retail – SOFA Salem, NC. Lauren resides in Pompano Beach and
