Atlantic Crossing
The Edwards Companies of Columbus, Ohio has broken ground,
and construction is underway, for the $300 million Atlantic Crossing
mixed-use development in Downtown Delray Beach.
Atlantic Crossing - Retail/Office Building Rendering • Nine-acre site (two city blocks) along Atlantic Avenue,
Courtyard by Marriott Groundbreaking bounded by Federal Highway (US1) to the west and Veterans
Park along the Intracoastal Waterway to the east.
• Six buildings each with a different architectural design and
generous public spaces.
• All parking is hidden below ground or in a garage wrapped by
residences. Valet service will be offered.
• 83,000 square feet of Downtown’s first Class A office space,
with 20,000 square-foot floorplates. Initial space coming online
in fourth quarter 2019.
• 73,000-square-foot retail and restaurant component.
• Luxury apartments, condominiums and townhomes ranging
from studios to three bedrooms. Completion anticipated in
2020 for the first residences.
• Projected to generate $2.6 million in annual tax revenues and
600 jobs.
