New Downtown Hotel Building Sold

Kolter Hospitality will break ground on a new Marriott Courtyard hotel this Pierre Delray One LLC, an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Canyon Real
spring. The project, at 135-185 S.E. Sixth Ave. (US 1), will be a four-story Estate Partners, acquired a building at 302 E. Atlantic Avenue and the
hotel that includes 150 rooms, with a pool and event space on the roof, parking lot between Southeast Third Avenue and the FEC Railway.
