Do I have to pay for parking Downtown?
A: Parking on Atlantic Avenue from Swinton to A1A is metered for on-street spaces. Parking on Atlantic Avenue east of the Intracoastal waterway is paid parking starting at Noon. Surface lots are free (limited parking time). Beachside parking (West of the Intracoastal waterway) is paid starting at 8am; This includes surface lots. Parking on streets north and south off of Atlantic Avenue & west of the Intracoastal waterway varies—some spots are metered, some are free with time limits (2 to 3 hours). All public gargages (Federspiel, Old School Square, & 4th & 5th Delray are FREE until 4pm; Then a $5 flat rate. Howevery, all public garages are FREE on Sundays. How often does the Downtown Connect run? How much does it cost?
Normal hours of operation: Daily: 7 days a week/365 days a year. Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. There is no cost. The Downtown Connect is a free white bus throughout Downtown Delray Beach. What time do the stores open and what time do they close?

What time do Downtown Restaurants have to close?
Most of the Downtown restaurants stop serving dinner at 10 p.m. However, some restaurants offer a Late Night menu. All restaurants & bars must close by 2 a.m.

Who is the Downtown Merchant & Business Association (DMBA)?
This group consists of restaurants, businesses, and retail owners or operators from the Downtown (DDA) district (I-95 to the beach and within Pineapple Grove area as well as South of Atlantic). The purpose of the DMBA is to provide a forum for the downtown businesses to collaborate on programs, communicate amongst the organization and community, and be a collective voice that advocates for activities that promote the retention and smart growth of the downtown business community.
