Together with The Ray Hotel, Chef Akira Back opens his first Florida namesake restaurant in Delray Beach. A multi-sensory dining experience awaits guests as diners are led through a culinary journey that ignites the imagination and pays homage to traditional Japanese cuisine while reinventing a notable dining experience. His modern Japanese fare incorporates Chef Back’s diverse culinary influences acquired from his childhood, Korean heritage, and travels throughout the world.
