Mama’s Up All Nite is not your ordinary everyday pizza! A hybrid of the New Haven/New York pizza, a recipe we have been perfecting since the 1980’s. Start with our 24 hour cold double fermentation pizza dough, add imported Italian San Marzano Tomatoes and our very own proprietary cheese blend cooked in pan with authentic Greek extra Virgin olive oil and ....well you know!
But that’s not all! We developed a vegan gluten-free pizza, that’s off the chain so good! Crispy, light and irresistible. With absolutely no animal products. Add some of our plant based cheese and meats or stick with the standards. Yeah, we know; how can that be good? Either way you’ll be WTF!
