FROM SETTLEMENT TO THE SET
The fertile, winter-proof land benefitted from Henry Flagler’s railroad extension, and the area grew as a tight-knit, family-style farming community, eventually being incorporated into Delray Beach in 1927.
Today, the West Settlers district is known as The Set. Just as then, this charming area today remains remarkably diverse and inclusive, a population of friends and neighbors welcoming you to a place like no other, rich in history and full of opportunity.
Live, thrive, grow, meet, and be, The Set is the place where you can.
