ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

DDA leads efforts of economic vitality within the downtown and the fostering of a positive business-friendly district and an
exceptional place to live.

   The DDA's main responsibility is to monitor and advocate for the economic
   strength and health of the downtown. It is an investment in growing our
   economy and enhancing the prosperity and quality of life for all residents,
   employees, and visitors.

   The DDA is invested in the success of the Downtown commercial industry by
   creating and providing tools and resources, communications and notifications,
   meeting opportunities and other materials and programs to ensure Downtown

MARKET ANALYSIS:

 •	 For the past 50 years the DDA has guided the development of downtown
     through a multitude of market and cluster studies, beautification studies,
     shopability study, visitor data and inventory management, parking studies,
     hospitality resource management, and perception of safety surveys. All to
     guide the plans of developing a strong downtown.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RETENTION PROGRAMS:
