Starting June 26 through August 21, 2018, there will be a single lane closure on SE 4th Ave. Finfrock Construction will be building the multi-story parking garage for the iPic Theater and office project. Construction activity will run Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday-Sunday, the lane will be open.
ALL businesses within the block are open and Finfrock will ensure access for customers and employees as much as possible. Finfrock will make every effort to ensure vehicular traffic for employee and customer parking.
