Board of Directors
The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is guided by a seven-member Board of Directors composed of downtown property owners, business owners, and residents who are deeply invested in the vitality of the district.
Board members are appointed by the Delray Beach City Commission and serve three-year terms. The board sets the strategic direction for the DDA, ensuring that programs, policies, and investments support a thriving, vibrant, and prosperous downtown.
