Parking
Parking in Downtown Delray Beach is easy and convenient, with a variety of options to fit your plans - from on-street parking to lots and garages.
Rates vary by location:
- Atlantic Avenue: $4/hour
- Side Streets near Atlantic Avenue: $3/hour
- Parking Lots near Atlantic Avenue: $2/hour
- Parking Garages: $1.50/hour
FREE parking is also available on side streets and lots more than a block off Atlantic Avenue.
Note: If a parking lot or garage isn’t listed below, it’s likely a private lot. The city does not regulate these, and rates may be significantly higher.
Parking permits are available for City of Delray residents, Downtown Delray employees, and others who want to avoid the meters and pay a small monthly or annual fee to park in Downtown.
