The 4th & 5th Delray Garage (IPIC building) is only partially reserved for the public.
The City of Delray Beach manages 90 spaces on the first two floors (P2 and partial P3). The city-managed spots are $1.50/hour.
After the Garage Divide on P3, 4th & 5th Delray manages the spots:
- Flat rate all day: $5 (plus tax & fees)
- Monthly parking is $150/ month (plus tax) – Unlimited in and out.
