In 2026, the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating its 64th year. Nicknamed the “Greatest Show under the Sun”, the Delray Affair is one of the largest arts & craft festivals in the Southeast United States. The event takes place along the palm tree-lined downtown streets of Delray Beach and stretches 7 city blocks. The Delray Affair has received numerous awards for its ‘eclectic’ mixture of art, great crafts, and funky products from around the world. Meet artists and crafters from all around the US who exhibit at the Delray Affair. Visit the Delray Affair as you stroll the streets of The Most Fun Small Town in the US!

Road Closure Notice: Atlantic Avenue will close from NW 2nd Ave to NE/SE 6th Avenue and Swinton Avenue will be closed from NE 1st Street to Atlantic Ave from Friday, April 10th at 3 AM - Sunday, April 12th at 9 PM
Parking:
FREE OFF-SITE PARKING & SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE - Free parking and shuttle service from Palm Beach County Administrative Complex, located at 345 S. Congress Avenue, Delray Beach, FL. (Allow 30 minutes for the shuttle bus.) Large box trucks and RVs are also permitted. Hours 10 AM – 9:30 PM Friday & Saturday / 10 AM – 6:30 PM Sunday.
METERED STREET PARKING - Although you must pay to park in areas metered, the city will be changing the Park Mobile app to allow you to extend your time indefinitely during the day. *There is a set number of hours visitors are typically able to park downtown, but during the weekend, this will be able to be extended. YOU CAN USE THE PARK MOBILE APP
