Event Cancellation: Despite efforts on the part of City staff to assist JPR Productions, the promoters of this weekend’s Lotos Festival, in meeting federal, state, county, and City laws and regulations, as of today, they have failed to satisfy licensing requirements and failed to receive the necessary permissions, permits, approvals, and licenses. While we regret any inconvenience this will cause ticket holders, ensuring public safety must be our priority.
