Nestled in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, this tranquil yoga studio offers a variety of yoga styles including vinyasa flow, hatha, raja, yin therapeutics, kundalini, yoga therapy, and aerial yoga. Set in a real bamboo garden, this tranquil studio allows your asanas to truly embrace the natural surroundings. The 750 sq. foot outdoor yoga deck is fully equipped with cooling fans and beautiful lighting, to allow for total comfort while enjoying yoga in the outdoors.

Bamboo Garden Yoga also offers indoor aerial yoga classes through our partner studio, Delray Aerial Yoga.
