A beloved Downtown Delray Beach landmark has been joyfully reimagined in the heart of the Pineapple Grove Arts District. Owners of The Chloe Building, led by Lee Cohen, partnered with Galera Collective and artist Grabster to replace the iconic yet damaged Dancing Pineapples mural with a fresh artistic vision celebrating creativity, community, and the arts. Bursting with color and charm—and visible right from Atlantic Avenue—the new pineapple mural offers a playful welcome to Pineapple Grove and stands as a cheerful symbol of Delray Beach’s ever-evolving artistic spirit.
