Preface is a 28-seat wine bar and retail bottle shop in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. Casual but elevated, it's a place to linger over a glass or grab a great bottle for later. Every bottle on the shelf can be bought to take home or opened at the bar.
The by-the-glass list rotates often, and four curated wine flights each come with their own pairing, from a simple cheese plate to a full meat and cheese board. The food menu stays focused on wine-friendly bites: cheese and charcuterie boards, imported conservas, and snacks made for sharing. Preface also pours espresso, so the morning works as well as the evening.
Whether you're exploring something new or picking up an old favorite, the team can help you find the right bottle.
