Rooted in the traditions of American jazz while drawing on R&B, swing, funk, and Haitian Konpa, The CieL Experience delivers an energetic, deeply expressive sound that connects with audiences of all backgrounds. Their performances are driven by musical excellence, rhythmic intensity, and a shared commitment to authenticity and connection through music.
Led by Miami-born Haitian-American saxophonist Claudens Louis, the group brings world-class artistry to the stage. Claudens has performed alongside acclaimed artists including Shaun Martin of Snarky Puppy, Jason Derulo, Wyclef Jean, Stefon Harris, Sarah Reich (Postmodern Jukebox), and Prince’s MonoNeon. In addition to his performance career, he serves as Jazz Director at Miami Arts Charter School and mentors young musicians through masterclasses and educational programs worldwide.
