In 2018, the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 56th year of the Delray Affair. The Delray Affair is the largest arts & craft festival in the Southeast United States. The event takes place along the palm tree lined downtown streets of Delray Beach and stretches 12 city blocks from the Intracoastal to NW 2nd Avenue. The Delray Affair has received numerous awards for its ‘eclectic’ mixture of fine art, great crafts and funky products from around the world. Last year, artists and crafters from 30 states and twelve countries exhibited at the Delray Affair.
The upcoming event takes place April 13-15, 2018 and we expect record crowds again (if that’s possible)! Visit the Delray Affair as you stroll the streets of The Most Fun Small Town in US!
To get to downtown Delray Beach to shop or to come to the Delray Affair – take I-95 or the Florida Turnpike to the Atlantic Avenue exit in Delray Beach (Exit 52) and head east.
Vehicular traffic will be blocked NW 1st/SW 1st Avenue (west of Swinton) to the Intracoastal waterway along Atlantic Avenue.
Delray Affair activities extend north to NE 1st Street and south to SE 1st Street.
Traffic going north and south will use US1 (Federal Highway, 5th and 6th) which is controlled by traffic police.
Admission to the Delray Affair is FREE. A $5 fee for public parking and handicap parking is available at the Delray Beach City Hall parking lot located on NW 1st Avenue and at both City parking garages for a $5 parking fee.
Also available for FREE is the Downtown Roundabout that runs from Delray Beach Tri-Rail station on Congress Avenue to A1A.
