Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill honors the distinctive cuisine, culture and history of Santa Fe, New Mexico, offering authentic flavors, aromas, spices and recipes from the region. The restaurant’s celebrated Tequila program, which offers the largest selection on the East Coast, was one of the first establishments in the world in 2016 to receive its CRT Award T Certification from the Mexican government’s Tequila Regulatory Council, recognizing their commitment to and knowledge of Tequila. The flavors and drinks, coupled with a design aesthetic that features the colors, textures, architectural features and art of the region, provides a warm, one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the Southwest.
